With a background as a hired gun for companies conducting rescue operations on their search engine rankings, Ty came to the company to help implement marketing campaigns the "Generation Y Way". Namely, bending rules, shirking tradition and trailblazing radical new approaches for solving the marketing riddles of the 21st century.
